March 20, 2017 - May 15, 2017

This program is for beginner runners, and those returning to running after a long hiatus. This program incorporates intervals of walking and running with the goal of improving running endurance over the 8 week period.

The class will begin with a warm up of walking and dynamic stretches, then progress to walking and running intervals, and conclude with a cool down, simple and short strengthening exercises, and stretching.

A different running topic will be covered each week (proper shoes and attire, nutrition, hydration, etc) Participants will receive tons of support from each other and a certified running coach!

We will meet in Arlington Center on Mondays at 6am. Class will finish around 6:45am.
